How can I track my referrals?

What are the referral statuses?
Your referral may have the following statuses:

How will I receive my reward?
Approved rewards are transferred directly to your registered bank account or another approved payment method.
How long does it take to receive my reward?
Rewards are generally processed within *7–15 business days* after successful verification and lender confirmation.
Can I refer my own loan application?
No. Self-referrals are not eligible for rewards.
Can I refer the same person more than once?
No. Only the first successful referral for a customer is eligible. Duplicate referrals are not considered.
What happens if the customer's loan is rejected?
If the loan application is rejected or not disbursed, no referral reward will be payable.
How do I claim my reward?
Once your referral becomes eligible, you can submit a payout request through the *Claim Payout* page.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Registration and participation in the Refer & Earn Program are free. There are no hidden fees.
Is my referral information secure?
Yes. We use secure systems to protect your personal information and the information of your referred customers.
Can GS Financial Services change the program terms?
Yes. GS Financial Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn Program or its reward structure at any time without prior notice.
